St. Michael's Paderborn is a Catholic Church located in rural Waterloo 8 miles South of Millstadt, Illinois and 4 miles South of Smithton, Illinois on Floraville Road and is a part of the Diocese of Belleville. Our Church exists to serve the whole community (Catholic and Non-Catholic) as a stabilizing influence in the area, giving the community an identity. We act as extended family providing support for each other in a variety of ways, especially in time of need. We are called to worship our God as a community and to live, to spread the Good News in word and deed. We hope to keep the faith alive in our area and families by involving all in the community (especially seeing a need to reach out to the young, the newcomer and non-practicing members of the Church).
